We offer counselling and related services via in-person sessions, online consultations, digital resources, and workshops. All services are provided by qualified and insured professionals in accordance with Australian legal and ethical standards.

 

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that may impair its performance or accessibility or interfere with any other party’s use of the site.

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept EFT transfer, Credit card Swipe transactions. 

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

  • Refunds are not available for digital products or completed services, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

All sessions are strictly confidential. Information will not be shared without your written consent unless:

  • Required by law, or

  • There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

6. Disclaimer

Our counselling services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or serious mental health crisis, please contact 000 or your nearest emergency service.
